Key Exciting Responsibilities Champion the financial integrity and accounting accuracy of the entire 1.5B AECO segment, fostering a proactive, no-surprises culture. Spearhead the segment's evolution through process and technology transformations, utilizing modern software and automated tools. Serve as the primary accounting advisor to the business leadership team, translating complex technical insights into actionable commercial strategies. Cultivate and mentor a high-performing global accounting team, driving professional growth, inclusion, and a commitment to excellence. Essential Skills & Experience 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a high-growth technology, software, or SaaS company. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Robust expertise in leading US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance within a dynamic global environment. Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and mentor high-performing finance teams while partnering with executive leadership. Bonus Points For: Active CPA or CMA certification. An advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP, FloQast, and leveraging modern AI or automation tools to drive operational scale. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
