- Demonstrated experience with the design, installation, and maintenance of complex AV systems in a higher education or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of current and emerging AV technologies, including video conferencing, lecture capture, and classroom control systems.
- Experience with AV control systems (e.g., Crestron, AMX, Extron).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to manage a budget and a team of technical professionals.
- Preferred requirements and qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in a higher education setting.
- Industry certifications such as CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I.

- The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is:
- $80,429.00 - $157,238.93
- Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University's business needs and external factors.
