You will operate within a highly collaborative, sequential workflow-receiving completed applications from preceding steps, executing your tasks with precision, and passing the torch to the next team member for review. While external communication is minimal, you will occasionally participate in client-facing meetings and reporting. The person filling this role will be required to work in a hybrid work environment reporting to one of our offices in Oakland, CA; Portland, OR; Chicago, IL and expected to be in the office a minimum of once a week. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to: Execute assigned program workflows (e.g., claim intake, completeness review, eligibility verification within guidelines) to support service levels and processing timelines. Apply and update established processes and documentation to support accuracy and consistency. Maintain detailed documentation to support audits, reporting, and program transparency.
