The Sales Support Manager will be accountable for leading and optimising the Home Loans sales support function, driving excellence across all operational and customer support activities. This role supports the growth of Home Loans private and government schemes business, as well as pension backed home loans by ensuring seamless sales enablement, effective stakeholder collaboration, and exceptional customer experience. The incumbent will oversee customer query and complaints management, ensuring timely and effective resolution, while leading customer retention initiatives and maintaining strong compliance and risk standards within the sales support environment. In addition, the role will drive key projects and continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth and innovation. Are you someone who can: Drive HL and PBHL advances growth through effective sales support strategies and operational excellence Lead the sales support function, ensuring efficient processes and high service delivery standards Manage and resolve MLS customer queries and complaints within agreed turnaround times Drive customer retention initiatives and enhance overall customer experience Ensure adherence to compliance, governance, and risk KPIs in the sales support environment Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across internal and external partners Lead, develop, and manage team performance to deliver on business objectives Initiate and deliver projects and strategic initiatives aligned to the Home Loans growth agenda Support financial literacy (FinLit) initiatives where required Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and system enhancements Inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing team You will be an ideal candidate if you: Hold a relevant degree in a related field of finance, administration or operations. Have 7-10 years of experience in management.
