  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into product decisions that drive business outcomes
  • Sound judgment under ambiguity and the ability to move quickly without sacrificing rigor
  • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across distribution, technology, and compliance
  • A strong interest in modernizing the small business insurance experience for brokers and their clients is a core requirement for this role

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 annually . Compensation will depend on qualifications, experience, and location.
