Essential Duties and Responsibilities End-to-End Project Ownership: Oversee execution across all phases-ideation, planning, development, testing, launch, and iteration-ensuring milestones are met and quality standards upheld. Program Planning & Execution: Develop and manage detailed plans to guide program success. Create and maintain project timelines, roadmaps, and resource plans, adapting as needed to changing priorities. Monitor progress and performance metrics, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Provide clear, concise updates through dashboards, reports, and presentations tailored to different audiences. Act as the single source of truth for program status, escalating issues and decisions when necessary. Analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Implement scalable solutions and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Lead cross-functional launch planning, ensuring readiness across marketing, sales, support, and operations. Establish post-launch monitoring and feedback loops, enabling rapid iteration and issue resolution. Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred). 5+ years of experience in program or product management, preferably in a tech or product-driven environment. Proven track record of managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana). Preferred: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
