Financial Control & Reporting: Maintain a full set of books, project accounting records, and ledger balances; prepare timely month-end closing, financial analysis, and monthly variance reports against budgeted capital expenditure (CAPEX) and operating expenses (OPEX). Project Cost Control: Monitor project expenditure, track contract variations, review subcontractor payment applications, and audit heavy equipment or plant-specific procurement spending. Cash Flow Management: Handle daily treasury functions, manage project invoicing, and prepare regular cash flow forecasts alongside aging analysis for accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). Compliance & Audit: Ensure all financial transactions strictly align with Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (HKFRS) and internal group control policies; coordinate internal and external parties including auditors and tax advisors. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist the Finance Manager in preparing annual budgets, quarterly rolling forecasts, and long-term financial modeling for site operations. Support ad hoc tasks or assignments directed by the Finance Manager Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline. Member or final-stage student of a recognized professional accounting body (e.g., HKICPA / ACCA / CPA Australia).
