Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership of the Managing Partner's calendar, including scheduling and prioritization

  • Support high-level verbal and written communication, including follow-up emails, and other correspondence to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders
  • Maintain organized systems for data management and tracking, including both physical and electronic files
  • Work cross-functionally with teams across the organization, including Marketing and Administrative groups, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of priorities
  • Oversee technology coordination for the Managing Partner's homes and offices, ensuring all devices and systems function seamlessly both on-site and while traveling

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university required
  • 10+ years of experience providing support to C-level executives
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with impeccable attention to detail
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, with ability to convey information clearly and professionally
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, emotionally mature, and able to build relationships
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple hardware
  • Meticulous, professional, confident, sophisticated, and gracious

Benefits

$150,000 - $175,000 USD**Compensation range is provided as an estimate and will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

Executive Assistant to the Founder, Managing Partner Pantera Capital is the first institutional investment firm focused exclusively on bitcoin, other digital currencies, and companies in the blockchain tech ecosystem. Pantera manages $3.5bn across three strategies - passive, hedge, and venture. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide dedicated administrative support to the Managing Partner. This is a full-time, in-office position based in our New York City office. This position requires on-site presence a minimum of four days per week, including any days the Managing Partner is working from that office. The Managing Partner splits his time between Pantera's offices roughly: San Juan 60% New York City 20% San Francisco 10%
