We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Origination team, responsible for building and improving the customer journey for credit and debit card application. The team owns the entire digital onboarding experience - from the customer's first interaction with our website or mobile application to account opening and the first successful action after receiving the product. As our product portfolio continues to grow, we're expanding the team to launch new customer journeys and improve existing products. This role focuses primarily on developing the Cards Origination funnel and introducing new processes within our existing banking products. It's an opportunity to work on one of the bank's core customer journeys and help shape the future of digital banking in one of Mexico's leading fintech companies.
