Expression of Interest- Applications close Monday 22nd June. We are seeking a Domestic Trade Operations Manager to lead and support our Cotton Administration team. This role is responsible for overseeing cotton purchasing administration, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives. Key responsibilities will be but not limited to: Lead and support Cotton Admin and trade support teams Oversee purchasing administration and contract accuracy Manage team workloads, performance, and development Ensure timely processing of grower and supplier payments Review and approve purchase contracts and documentation Support reporting, reconciliations, and system processes Act as a key link between origination, trading, and accounts Drive process improvements and maintain strong team culture Desired skills and experience: Experience within the cotton industry, including purchasing processes and contract structures Strong leadership experience within administrative or operational teams Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word Proven ability to manage high-volume workflows with strong attention to detail Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Tertiary qualification in Business or related field, or equivalent experience Additional Information Please click on the link to see some of the perks and benefits of working with LDC.
