Job Description Purpose of the role To build and maintain the systems that collect, store, process, and analyse data, such as data pipelines, data warehouses and data lakes to ensure that all data is accurate, accessible, and secure. Accountabilities Build and maintenance of data architectures pipelines that enable the transfer and processing of durable, complete and consistent data. Design and implementation of data warehoused and data lakes that manage the appropriate data volumes and velocity and adhere to the required security measures. Development of processing and analysis algorithms fit for the intended data complexity and volumes. Collaboration with data scientist to build and deploy machine learning models. In this role you will take ownership of the Microsoft Viva Insights data environment, ensuring the delivery of accurate, consistent, and high-quality organisational data within a complex enterprise setting. You will manage data cleansing processes, oversee data ingestion through systems such as Microsoft Admin Centre (MAC) and MODIS, and continuously monitor and improve data quality standards. You will maintain field attributes, ensuring clear definitions and metadata governance, while performing core Viva Insights administration activities, including data uploads, validation, organisational hierarchy configuration, and access management. You will ensure that all data is well-structured, trusted, and aligned to governance standards, enabling reliable collaboration insights and reporting for senior leadership and HR analytics teams. You will design, manage, and optimise end-to-end data pipelines that integrate Viva Insights with employee survey platforms, HR systems, and other enterprise data sources, supporting advanced analytics and strategic programmes.
