Manual Tester

Responsibilities

• Define and implement QA processes, standards, and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, project leads, and others to understand requirements and establish testing strategies.
• Plan, prioritise, and manage testing activities across multiple modules (Android app, iOS app, dashboard), ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
• Review and approve test plans, test cases, and test scripts developed by QA team, ensuring coverage and accuracy.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of mobile application and web application
• Perform manual and automated testing of mobile application and web application, including functional, regression, and sanity testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Design and implement test automation framework and tools to improve testing efficiency
• Skills/Requirement
• Bachelor's degree or relevant degree in IT or science.
• Proven experience as QA Engineer or Software Tester, with solid understanding of software testing methodologies and practices, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Has a deep understanding of testing principles and methodologies, with extensive experience in manual and automated testing.
• Experience writing test cases, and UAT testing.
• Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
