Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for financial systems , including Oracle Fusion Financials and Salesforce Billing
• Support business users in areas such as: Order-to-Cash processes
• Invoicing and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• General Ledger (GL)
• Revenue recognition and financial reporting
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, development, finance, and operations) to resolve issues and implement improvements
• Monitor system integrations and ensure smooth end-to-end data flow across business systems
• Participate in system enhancements, testing, and validation activities
• Document support processes, issue resolutions, and system changes
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Required Qualifications
• Education : Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Master of Commerce (M.Com), or Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Strong understanding of financial accounting concepts and business processes
• Preferred Skills & Experience
• Experience or exposure to: Oracle Fusion Financials
• Salesforce Billing or similar billing platforms
• Understanding of business system users and how they interact with systems to meet organizational goals
• Familiarity with: Order flows and billing processes
• Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL)
• Revenue management and reporting
• Exposure to system integrations and enterprise application landscapes
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
