Responsibilities
- Support workforce planning and labor cost forecasting across the TV Networks portfolio, including monthly pacing, quarterly estimates, annual budgets, and long-range planning.
- Consolidate and analyze financials, providing insights into key drivers, risks, opportunities, and budget-to-actual variances.
- Maintain and enhance models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support accurate forecasting and informed decision-making.
- Own the monthly close process for Compensation & Benefits (C&B), including journal entries, account reconciliations, general ledger management, and partnership with Controllership.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to evaluate hiring plans, organizational changes, and resource allocation decisions.
- Prepare and deliver reporting and analysis on headcount, compensation, benefits, and workforce trends to Finance and business leadership.
- Support free cash flow planning, ad hoc analyses, and strategic initiatives in partnership with Corporate FP&A.
- Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and finance transformation initiatives to improve forecasting accuracy, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, operational finance, or accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and scenario analysis (Power Query a plus).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint.

- Additional Requirements :
