Video Production Intern

Responsibilities

• Video Production Support
• Assist the creative team during content shoots, including setup, teardown, equipment handling, talent coordination, props preparation, and general on-set support.
• Support basic camera, lighting, and audio setup during shoots.
• Help ensure shoots run smoothly by assisting with logistics, shot lists, production materials, and behind-the-scenes coordination.
• Assist in capturing simple video clips, behind-the-scenes content, and supplementary footage when required.
• Support the team in preparing for shoots, including location checks, equipment packing, props planning, and production scheduling.
• Content Ideation Support
• Assist in brainstorming content ideas, video angles, hooks, scripts, shot references, and social media formats.
• Conduct trend research across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.
• Support the creative team in turning client briefs into simple content concepts and production-ready ideas.
• Help organise references, moodboards, content examples, and creative inspiration for upcoming shoots.
• Editing and Post-Production Support
• Assist with basic video editing for social media content, including trimming clips, arranging footage, adding captions, basic transitions, music, and simple graphics.
• Support the team in formatting videos for different platforms, including vertical videos, reels, stories, and short-form social content.
• Help organise footage, project files, exports, and content folders after shoots.
• Make basic edit amendments based on internal or client feedback.

Requirements

• Some experience in video production, photography, editing, or social media content creation is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
• Comfortable being on set and supporting shoot operations.
• Familiarity with cameras, lighting, audio equipment, or mobile content creation is a plus.
• Strong interest in short-form content, social media trends, brand storytelling, and digital marketing.
• Able to work in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple shoots, projects, and timelines.
• Reliable, organised, proactive, and willing to help wherever needed during production.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A portfolio, showreel, TikTok/Instagram content page, or sample works is strongly encouraged.

Our team works in a fast-paced agency environment where interns get exposed to real client projects, production planning, shoots, content ideation, editing, and day-to-day creative execution. Your Role Cintra Consultancy is looking for a Video Production Intern to support our creative team across content shoots, production preparation, ideation, and basic post-production editing. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys being on set, is willing to be hands-on during shoots, and can support the team as an extra pair of reliable creative hands during production. You do not need to be a full-stack video producer, but you should have a strong interest in content creation, be comfortable assisting during shoots, and have basic editing knowledge. You will work closely with the creative and account teams to support the creation of social-first content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other digital channels. We are looking for someone who can start interning from July onwards, ideally full-time. For part-time internships, we would require an availability of at least 3 days a week.
