- o Lead thedevelopment of IS/IT nearshore capabilities in Indonesia
- § Build a scalablenearshore / IMS capability supporting IS/IT applications
- § Promote nearshoremodel to Group stakeholders (24/7 capabilities, cost efficiency)
- § Develop tools andoperating models to ensure team transversality
- § Further developadditional services, e.g. Engineering support services for Asia
- Global Chapter Lead Run & Support
- o Leverage fullmastery of Run & Support skillsets to structure delivery capabilities
- o Ensure theright competencies, roles and maturity levels across teams
- o Supportcapability development aligned with IS/IT standards
- Profile & experience
- o 10-15+ yearsof experience in IT service management and operations
- o Provenexperience in large-scale infrastructure and offshore IT service deliveryenvironments
- o Strongexpertise in IT Service Management processes
- o Experience incomplex transformation programs (Offshoring, Cloud)
- o Experience ininternational and multicultural environments
- o Strong abilityto operate at both strategic and operational levels
