  • o Drivecontinuous improvement of service delivery practices and performance
  • o Drive serviceperformance (availability, reliability, operational KPIs)
  • o Ensurealignment across Asia, India and MEKSA
  • Nearshore development (Indonesia) &Run operating models
  • o Lead thedevelopment of IS/IT nearshore capabilities in Indonesia
  • § Build a scalablenearshore / IMS capability supporting IS/IT applications
  • § Promote nearshoremodel to Group stakeholders (24/7 capabilities, cost efficiency)
  • § Develop tools andoperating models to ensure team transversality
  • § Further developadditional services, e.g. Engineering support services for Asia
  • Global Chapter Lead Run & Support
  • o Leverage fullmastery of Run & Support skillsets to structure delivery capabilities
  • o Ensure theright competencies, roles and maturity levels across teams
  • o Supportcapability development aligned with IS/IT standards
  • Profile & experience
  • o 10-15+ yearsof experience in IT service management and operations
  • o Provenexperience in large-scale infrastructure and offshore IT service deliveryenvironments
  • o Strongexpertise in IT Service Management processes
  • o Experience incomplex transformation programs (Offshoring, Cloud)
  • o Experience ininternational and multicultural environments
  • o Strong abilityto operate at both strategic and operational levels
