Responsibilities
- Finance & Accounts: Drive financial planning and resource allocation, oversee fund management and audits, and deliver accurate reporting to the Board and Finance Committee.
- Corporate Secretarial: Ensure timely AGM preparation and regulatory filings and uphold governance standards including whistleblowing and conflict of interest frameworks.
- Operations Administration: Oversee IT systems and cybersecurity, lead procurement strategies, and manage vendor contracts and grant applications for cost-effective operations.
- Governance: Implement governance policies and collaborate with the Audit & RiskCommittee Chair to strengthen risk management and compliance.
- Strategic Partnership: Partner with the CEO and leadership team to shape financial strategy and advance digital transformation initiatives.
- Leadership & Compliance: Build and mentor a high-performing Finance team and serve as Data Protection Officer to ensure PDPA compliance.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA) are an advantage.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in finance, governance, and IT operations, with 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of social service sector and statutory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management.
- Hands-on experience in budgeting, audits, procurement, and IT systems.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
