Requirements

  • 3-5 years of management experience leading maintenance or facilities teams across multiple locations
  • Experience overseeing facility operations, vendors, contractors, and maintenance programs
  • Knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance programs, and facility management practices
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships
