You'll also have the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week during school holidays through our Holiday Club provision. ๐Ÿš€ About the Role As an Activity Leader, you'll help create a safe, exciting, and inclusive environment where children can relax, play, learn, and build confidence after the school day. Working alongside a friendly and supportive team, you'll deliver engaging activities that encourage creativity, teamwork, and lots of smiles. No two afternoons are ever the same! ๐ŸŒˆ What You'll Be Doing Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities including multi-sports, arts & crafts, games, and creative play Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive Supervise and engage children with enthusiasm and care Set up and tidy away equipment and activity areas Prepare healthy snacks and refreshments Complete sign-in and sign-out procedures accurately Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and company policies at all times Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding childcare experiences โญ What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Passionate about working with children Friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic Creative and able to make every afternoon exciting A great team player with excellent communication skills Reliable, organised, and positive Experience We'd Love to See Experience is welcome but not essential. We'd love to hear from candidates with backgrounds in: Playwork Childcare Sports Coaching Teaching Assistant roles Youth Work Drama, Dance, or Performing Arts Education Holiday Camps Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a fantastic attitude and a genuine passion for helping children flourish. ๐ŸŽ What's in it for You?
