ABOUT YOUR ROLE The Planning Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of Planning Coordinators or Specialist. This individual acts as a team lead, oversees the clerical, support, analysis, and research tasks, and reviews reports compiled for Planning. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE - Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of planning team and responsible for team leadership. - Be responsible for production planning, outsourcing, material planning, demand planning and overall for designated product line. - Provide the continous analysis and information, head up to Planning Mgr if any to ensure service level and any potential risks that make actual performace behind setting target will be alerted on time - Set up, monitor and control team performance included but not limited as task completion, KPI target , daily /weekly/monhtly activities of team member. - Coordinate and work with all related departments include Commercial/ Finance/ Purchasing/Production ... to take prompt action as Planning perspective in order to ensure department performance on track. - Maintain and upgrade if any the planning and all related process to ensure the proper workflow of department. - All other tasks assigned by Planning Manager. WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply chain or related field. 7+ years SML or related experience. - Supervisory or Lead experience. - Thorough understanding of all fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of Production, Planning, Inventory Management, and all related focus areas. - Excellent analytical skills. - Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Excel, Google Workspace, VBA, Appscript, Oracle, ERP system, Automation and function specific software. - Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills. - Excellent project management and business partnering skills. - Excellent supervisory skills. - Full knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations. - Lean Six Sigma certification preferred. Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday (flexible to work from home on Saturdays)
