This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the leading global banks. It is an opportunity for a Junior UAT Project Management Officer/Business Analyst (Bank) to join their team Located at Changi Business Park 6months contract The Job 1) Assist/Lead with End to End Project/Program management and milestone management 2) Ensure projects are delivered on time, with quality and within budget. 3) Escalate risks on projects, like delay, increase in costs, operational risk resulting from process/system change etc 4) Anticipate and analyse any impact from project initiated by business. 5) Assist/Lead with User Requirement Gathering/reviews and user story documentations. 6) Participate in UAT including preparation of test case plan, test scope/scripts, and testing progress monitoring 7) Conduct End User Training 8) Manage Root Cause Analysis on defects, as well as during identification of underlying problems. 9) Propose and implement customer oriented solutions to improve overall service delivery. 10) Assist management in regular processes review performed within the Wealth Operations. 11) Follow bank standards on Risk Management, Security and all Corporate Project Management methodologies This is a UAT execution focused role Next Steps Drop your resume and contact us to follow-up, or send your resume to amos.tan @adecco.com Email Topic: Apply Junior UAT Project Management Officer/Business Analyst (Bank) Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted Amos Tan Jun Han EA Licence Number: 91C2918 Personnel Registration Number: R23113385
