Amazon's Legal Department is looking for a talented attorney to support Annapurna Labs, the silicon innovation arm of Amazon Web Services (AWS). This role will provide a blend of counseling and transactional support to Annapurna Labs leaders across engineering (chip, hardware, and software), supply chain, and product management for leading-edge custom chips for the AWS cloud (Trainium, Graviton, Nitro). You'll be an integral part of the Annapurna Labs team, giving legal input to senior leaders on business and strategy, in addition to providing counsel on a range of legal issues. You'll be responsible for deal strategy development, drafting and negotiating complex licensing and supply chain agreements, advising on pre-litigation disputes, and providing multi-faceted commercial, regulatory, and compliance advice to the business. You'll also get to work with engineers, service teams, and supply chain teams across AWS, learning about the AWS's cloud infrastructure and business, with great visibility across the company and senior leaders. The successful candidate will be inquisitive, enthusiastic about technology, enjoy working hard and being continually challenged, and demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations.
