Account Manager, Small-Market

Responsibilities

• You will:
• Proactively manage and grow a large book of existing customer accounts, with a focus on driving expansion revenue
• Generate your own pipeline through outbound activity (calls, emails, and direct account engagement) without reliance on BDR support
• Run discovery conversations with customers to uncover business needs and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Own the full sales cycle within your accounts, from initial outreach through close
• Maintain consistent activity and pipeline management within Salesforce

• Experience managing and growing existing accounts, not just maintaining relationships
• Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through outbound efforts
• Comfort with high activity levels (calls, meetings, follow-ups)
• Strong discovery and qualification skills

• Experience selling into legal or professional services firms
• History of self-sourcing opportunities and running independent discovery
• Consistent use of CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline and activity
