Air Operations Senior Officer

Responsibilities

• To ensure compliance with the customs regulations of Singapore
• To manage goods for assigned accounts; from charging, costing and arranging movement of goods & consignments.
• Proving rates/ billing info on shipments.
• Prepare and review documentation for Customs compliance and other governmental entities.
• Data Entry for shipping and freight manifests.
• Manage customer requests via phone and email.
• Maintain professional demeanor with internal and external customers.
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track efficiency and effectiveness.
• Preparation of paperwork for the warehouse and delivery team
• Attend to online platform enquires
• Working closely with the customer fulfillment and the warehouse team
• Attend to phone calls from clients and consumers
• Problem solving skills

Requirements

• . Singapore citizen/PR
• Must possess at least Sec/GCE 'N' or 'O' Levels
• Conversant in Mandarin and English (is a must to liaise with China customers).
• At least 2-3 years' experience in similar industry preferred.
