About the role
As the Business Systems Analyst - Workday & HRIS, you'll collaborate with HR and cross-functional partners to enhance and streamline Workday and related HR systems. Manage day-to-day Workday operations including data audits, security administration, and HRIS support tickets management. Partner with technical resources to support integrations and inbound data loads with other enterprise systems (e.g., Finance, IT, Recruiting, Learning). Create, update, and maintain Workday documentation with process guides and end-user training materials. Collaborate with HR, IT, and other business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and define scalable solutions. Address incoming questions, requests, and issues while maintaining strong communication. Support system testing and deployment cycles, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and smooth rollouts. OUR TECH STACK: Workday HCM (Core, Absence, Security), Custom Reports, HRIS Integrations (SFTP, APIs), and other connected platforms About you Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of hands-on Workday administration experience including configuration, reporting, calculated fields, and business processes. Experience with Workday Absence Management and Security configuration preferred. Strong knowledge of HR processes such as employee lifecycle, time off, and organization management. Advanced proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for analysis, data validation, and reconciliation. Experience supporting or integrating other HRIS or People Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Okta, others) is a plus. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, customer-focused mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver quality outcomes, and maintain high accuracy under pressure.
