Amazon is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to support FP&A Reporting for Amazon's Global Logistics Inbound Network. This role is focused on financial reporting execution, variance analysis, and business partnership, supporting the Inbound finance team in delivering accurate, timely, and insight-driven reporting to stakeholders. As a core member of the Inbound FP&A Reporting team, you will support the end-to-end weekly and monthly reporting process - with a primary focus on the US/NA Weekly Business Review (WBR). You will be responsible for building and maintaining financial reports, conducting variance analysis, and helping translate complex data into clear narratives for leadership. You will work closely with the Inbound Planning and Execution team, developing a strong understanding of NA Inbound operations, cost drivers, and performance metrics. Key job responsibilities Support the weekly US/NA WBR process end-to-end - pulling data, building bridges, running variance analysis, and preparing the reporting package on time and accurately Maintain and update standardized financial reports and dashboards for Inbound operations, ensuring consistency and data integrity Conduct variance analysis and contribute to financial narratives that explain performance drivers versus plan, prior year, and prior week Support monthly business reviews and executive reporting packages with accurate, well-structured analysis Build and maintain financial models supporting forecasting, scenario planning, and ad hoc analysis Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and reflect them accurately in reporting Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, reduce manual steps, and increase accuracy and efficiency Support the development of KPIs and performance metrics in partnership with senior finance and business leads
