About the role

The Client Billing & Collections Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end collections process across a complex portfolio of accounts. This role ensures timely and accurate payment while maintaining strong client relationships.   • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Billing, Risk, Legal, Operations
  • Performance Monitoring
  • Track metrics and escalate risks

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience required
  • 2+ years collections / AR / billing required
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, strong communicator, client-focused
  • Works independently under general supervision
  • Manages multi-entity accounts and billing scenarios
  • Education: College/University degree preferred.
  • SAP or ERP experience preferred
  • Complex billing environment experience preferred
