Responsibilities
- This is a fixed -term position based in Quezon City with covered areas in Malabon.
- Major Responsibilities
- Project Implementation and Coordination
- Coordinate day-to-day implementation of project activities in target barangays including Concepcion, Catmon, Longos, and Potrero.

- Facilitate communication among project partners, service providers, volunteers, and beneficiaries.
- Ensure activities are aligned with project objectives, timelines, and donor
- Beneficiary Engagement and Community Mobilization
- Identify, profile, and monitor project beneficiaries including ALS students and Out-of-School Youth.
- Build strong relationships with youth participants, parents, schools, community leaders, and barangay officials.
- Conduct orientations, consultations, and community meetings.
- Support youth participation and encourage retention in education and skills training programs.
- Ensure safeguarding and protection standards for youth participants are observed at all times.
- Partnership and Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with accredited training institutions, TESDA-accredited providers, local employers, and partner organizations.
- Support collaboration with volunteer mentors from ING and other partners for mentorship and career readiness activities.
- Strengthen linkages for internship opportunities, job placements, and entrepreneurial support.
- Represent the project in meetings, forums, and coordination activities with stakeholders.
- Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting
- Monitor project progress against targets and indicators.
- Collect, validate, and maintain beneficiary and activity data.
- Prepare regular narrative and accomplishment reports, case studies, attendance sheets, and documentation.
- Tracks project indicators.
- Organizational Engagements
- Attends regular team devotion as part of staff spiritual nurture.
- Participates in meetings, such as team and organizational, as necessary.
- Submits Performance Agreements and Staff Learning and Development Plan and Performance Reviews.
- Supports emergency response, as necessary.
- Performs other tasks related to the project assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Ability to handle his/her responsibility under pressure; Works with very minimal supervision and with cross-functional teams; and Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience in grants management.
- English language proficiency (both written and verbal).
- The position requires regular local travel specifically in covered Barangays for monitoring and coordination.
