  • The role leverages of ERP/MRP systems and data analytics to enhance visibility, improve accuracy, and support decision-making.

  • Design and implement Finished Goods control procedures to continually improve the efficiency and accuracy of departmental processes regarding internal capacity.
  • Has full control of the production plan in every production line to satisfy customer requested dates.
  • Facilitate the identification and communication of identification/resolve component shortages to the Purchasing department to maintain accurate documentation and to arrange for the supply of additional units if needed.
  • Ensures personnel are adequately trained in the performance

Requirements

  • Education level required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business
  • Years and area of experience required
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment is necessary
  • Technical knowledge
  • Hands on Experience with ERP Systems such as MAPICS, SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle
  • Clear understanding of manufacturing processes and planning and control systems.
  • CPM or APICS Certification is a plus.
  • Soft skills
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual Spanish - English
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to work with and influence senior management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
