About the role

As a Technical Enablement Engineer at Ingram Micro, you'll be the bridge between cutting-edge IT solutions and the partners who bring them to market.   • Transform Partner Practices: Enable partners to evolve into proactive, profitable, and services-driven trusted advisors - creating lasting value for their end-user clients and growing their bottom line.

  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to articulate complex IT solutions in a clear, compelling, and business-relevant way
  • Proven experience in pre-sales, technical training, or partner enablement
  • Ability to engage and influence decision-makers, executives, and technical audiences alike
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with vendors, partners, and internal teams
  • Advanced badges and certifications in advanced solutions technology categories preferred
  • General proficiency across a variety of tools, systems, and technical platforms
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a passion for helping others succeed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 3+ years of functional experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a position-specific or directly related role

  • The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $89,700.00 - $143,500.00 per year.
