Job Category Human Resources Compensation Overview The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards. The Enterprise Talent Management (ETM) organization enables individuals, leaders, and teams to grow professionally, perform at their best, and drive superior business results, today & tomorrow. As the AVP, Talent Management Partner, you will collaborate with business, functional, and HR leaders to advance leader, team, and organization effectiveness to drive business priorities. You will use your knowledge and expertise in leadership assessment and development, talent management, executive onboarding and coaching, team effectiveness, and culture to drive high performance among people and teams. You will need to successfully navigate ambiguity and influence stakeholders at all levels to create and deliver organizational effectiveness strategies focused on key business outcomes. What Will You Do? Build trusted partnerships with senior business/functional leaders and HR leads in assigned businesses/functions through effective collaboration, thought partnership and expertise, and demonstrated understanding of the business priorities and ability to drive business impact and value. Serve as the face of ETM to senior leadership tables, bringing talent data and best practices and connecting stakeholders to products and services across ETM (Leadership Development, Career Development & Mentorship, Performance Management, Top Talent & Succession); Bring the voice of stakeholders back into ETM to ensure the work designed reflects business needs/priorities Consult with HR Leads and senior leadership teams to improve alignment of culture and strategies to attain desired business results. Design and deliver team effectiveness sessions for senior leadership teams to strengthen clarity, cohesion, alignment, and performance. Partner with HR business partners and leaders to assess, coach, and develop executives onboarding into new roles or as part of our enterprise top talent pools. Manage key enterprise-wide products and services (e.g., executive onboarding, team effectiveness, leadership assessments) while involving and leveraging ETM staff to serve business needs and increasing the relevance and impact of their work. Work collaboratively with other ETM Partners to ensure consistency of practices, shared resources, and common approaches to the role. Identify and share talent data, key trends, and benchmarking to inform talent management strategies, and provide advice to senior leaders. Perform other duties as assigned. What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have? Master's Degree in human resources, behavioral science, industrial/organizational psychology or a related field. Proven facilitation skills with a high comfort level leading meetings and discussions of small and large groups including senior executive leadership teams. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence decisions across all levels of the organization. Proven success acting as an internal consultant in a large, highly matrixed organization. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to capture metrics and produce reports to drive insights. Proven success in coaching individual executive level leaders. Exceptional project and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and follow through to meet deadlines independently. Technological mindset with the willingness and ability to use state-of-the-art technologies supporting talent, learning and development, internal talent marketplace, and career and performance development. What is a Must Have? Bachelor's Degree in human resources or related field. Eight years of Human Resource experience with some experience in talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, leadership development, succession management, career development, and/or relationship
