About the role

We're hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to build the operational foundation that powers Stuut's next phase of growth. You'll work closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and leadership to architect the systems, forecasting models, analytics, and GTM infrastructure that scale our revenue organization through hypergrowth. This is a highly strategic and high-impact role for someone who can think systematically, execute decisively, and build scalable operational processes from the ground up. Responsibilities

  • Build and operationalize the GTM infrastructure behind Stuut's revenue organization, including forecasting, territory planning, CRM architecture, and pipeline management.
  • Lead a top-to-bottom rebuild of HubSpot, including workflow automation, object hierarchy, data hygiene, and scalable CRM best practices.
  • Develop data-driven forecasting models tied to CRM activity, conversion metrics, and historical pipeline trends.
  • Partner with Sales and Finance leadership to improve operational rigor across deal management, revenue planning, and customer lifecycle operations.
  • Build reporting and analytics frameworks for pipeline health, sales velocity, conversion rates, and channel attribution.
  • Connect and optimize the GTM tech stack, leveraging AI and automation tools to maximize operational leverage.
  • You Might Be a Fit If You...
  • Have 7-10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
  • Have deep expertise in HubSpot and experience building scalable RevOps infrastructure from the ground up.
  • Are highly analytical and comfortable with forecasting, SQL, segmentation, compensation planning, and operational reporting.
  • Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments where systems and processes are still being built.
  • Have strong cross-functional communication skills and can influence teams without formal authority.
  • Bring a builder mindset and excitement around AI-native workflows and operational automation.
