Site Engineer (Construction / C&S)

About the role

Report to Project Manager , the engineer has the following responsibilities : Assist the project manager in project planning , all on-site technical / engineering matter and authority submissions Assist the project manager in managing and implementing the quality, environmental, health and safety (QEHS) management system of PIKASA CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING PTE LTD on site. Supervise and monitor projects are carried out in accordance to operating procedures, quality standards and contractual specifications Monitor progress of works and site activities to ensure adherence to project timeline Conduct on site investigations and analyze data ( maps, reports, test, drawing etc) Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications Responsible for all inspection activities carried out at work site To update all structural / architectural and M&E progress with scheduling tools To prepare and submit shop drawing / material /MOS monthly progress claims and PM report To analyze customer complaints and provide advise and resolve problems creatively. Requirement and Skills Possess a Bachelor Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Proficient in MS Office , Auto Cad Good analytical, supervision and communication skills 5 years of experience in Building Engineering projects including New Build
