To qualify at the GS-13 level: SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: You must possess one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as: To qualify at the GS-13 level: Managing complex budgets of over $5 million; AND Advising on operations including budgets, procurement and Interagency Agreements; AND Ensuring compliance with federal regulations and DOC policies related to FTR and procurement policies; AND Applying knowledge on Federal Travel Regulations to conducting office wide trainings.
