Responsibilities
- Daily Operations & Maintenance
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, utilities, etc.)

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company EHS policies
- Lead incident investigations and corrective/preventive actions
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits with IFM
- Promote a strong safety culture across operations
- Compliance & Regulatory
- Ensure facility complies with local authority requirements (e.g., fire safety, environmental, building regulations)
- Manage audits, inspections, and certifications
- Maintain proper documentation and records for compliance
- Budget & Cost Control
- Develop and manage OPEX and maintenance budgets
- Track IFM contract costs and ensure value for money
- Review quotations, approve expenditures, and control cost leakage
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service levels
- Project & Improvement Management
- Lead minor projects, upgrades, and retrofit works
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams for expansions or modifications
- Drive reliability improvement and energy efficiency initiatives
- Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (operations, engineering, EHS, finance)
- Communicate service performance and issues effectively
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Track and report KPIs such as: Equipment uptime
- Response and resolution time
- Preventive maintenance compliance
- Safety performance
- Cost
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for management review
- Requiered :
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities, or equivalent)
- 5-10 years experience in facilities management or plant maintenance
- Experience managing IFM or outsourced service providers
