About the role

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT/EMPLOYEE RELATIONS) in the HUMAN RESOURCES TEAM (SYSCOM) of HQ US MARINE CORPS. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: directing and overseeing work of human resources specialists in the areas of staffing, classification, and employee relations, and provide technical operating advisory services on staffing, classification, and employee relations.
