- Qualifications & Experience
- Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
- Inclusion on the Specialist Register for Old Age Psychiatry (or within 6 months of CCT)
- MRCPsych or equivalent qualification
- Approved Clinician status under the Mental Health Act (or eligibility to obtain)
- Extensive experience in inpatient psychiatry and community mental health services
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
