Responsibilities
- Owner of Global Process Community (Main Focus)
- Take responsibility of the global process community in MS SharePoint
- Develop a concept for the community, build it up and fill it with content:
- Based on the input the GPO Team provides you with, you translate complex processes into easy language for users
- Create and edit engaging content such as blog posts, announcements, and updates related to business processes
- Design and prepare visually appealing newsletters and communication materials
- Plan and execute internal communication campaigns to ensure effective communication

- Build knowledge in Business Process Management and develop into being the Owner of this area.
- Gain exposure to BPMN and process management standards
- Documenting and structuring process landscapes and workflows, ensuring global alignment and standardization of process models
- Maintenance of process guidelines and documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional topics and track timelines
- Training & Enablement
- Build knowledge in Corporate Learning and develop into being the Owner of this area. Review and format training materials. Ensure consistency and quality standards with documentation guideline
- Support the preparation and publication of training content
- Contribute to the creation and harmonization of process training materials
- Build a Business Process Academy at the internal learning platform (e.g., RiseUp)
- Requirements & Qualifications:
- Professional Skills
- First experience or strong interest in communication, or content creation
- Initial experience with content management systems (e.g., SharePoint) is a plus
- Interest in business processes, training and digital learning is beneficial
- Affinity for digital tools and new technologies

- Strong communication and writing skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual presentation
- Organized and structured way of working
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
