  • Account Planning
  • Set the ways of working on account planning and regular client stakeholder
  • Liaise with senior client stakeholders to set annual ambition and plans
  • Ensure client satisfaction on brand's performance
  • Lead regular client interaction and monthly performance review
  • Commercial Planning
  • Drive the right team structure and commercial fees
  • Support Client President, GOAT Country Lead and GOAT Trading Lead in managing costs with Buying team based on budgets
  • Support Client President, GOAT Country Lead and GOAT Trading Lead in ensuring budget spend tracker is 100% updated and no overspends
  • Best Practice and Innovations
  • Identify new tools, practices to drive competitive advantage for planning
  • Lead in developing new case studies or portfolio that can establish the value of the service

You will be responsible for overseeing over 100+ employees expert on beauty, influencer marketing and social commerce. The role is at the forefront of driving strategic planning, operational management and building new commercial models.
