- About You:

- Proven experience leading and managing sales teams in regional or international environments.
- Track record of delivering complex high-value equipment sales across multiple countries and cultures.
- Strong technical, commercial, and strategic capabilities, with the ability to translate vision into results.
- Experience working with diverse customer groups including farmers, processors, manufacturers, distributors, and industrial clients.
- Experience working with diverse customer groups and cross-functional teams in fast-paced international markets.
- Fluent English is essential; other languages such as Arabic, Turkish and French are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel approximately 100 days per year across the Middle East and Africa.
