  • About You:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in CAPEX sales within industrial processing, food processing equipment, automation, sorting technology, packaging machinery, or related sectors.
  • Proven experience leading and managing sales teams in regional or international environments.
  • Track record of delivering complex high-value equipment sales across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Strong technical, commercial, and strategic capabilities, with the ability to translate vision into results.
  • Experience working with diverse customer groups including farmers, processors, manufacturers, distributors, and industrial clients.
  • Experience working with diverse customer groups and cross-functional teams in fast-paced international markets.
  • Fluent English is essential; other languages such as Arabic, Turkish and French are advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 100 days per year across the Middle East and Africa.

This is a senior commercial leadership role with responsibility for regional strategy, revenue growth, market expansion, and leadership of TOMRA Food's sales organisation across the Middle East and Africa. The successful candidate will lead and develop a team of Area Sales Managers while driving profitable growth across multiple markets and customer segments. This role requires both: Proven capital equipment (CAPEX) sales experience within industrial sectors such as food processing, sorting, automation, or industrial machinery. Demonstrated people management experience , including leading, coaching, and developing regional sales teams. This position is not suitable for candidates seeking their first leadership role.
