Product Manager(VCC/API/FX/Payments)

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, banking, trading, or digital asset platforms .
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two of the following domains:
• Consumer or B2B payment products (mobile/web, fiat or digital asset payments);
• API-first infrastructure and platform integrations;
• Card issuance ecosystems (Visa, Mastercard, issuer processing, BIN sponsorship, virtual/physical cards);
• FX/OTC markets, trade lifecycle, and/or digital asset trading & custody .
• Strong understanding of payment rails, transaction flows, authorization, clearing, settlement, and dispute management .
• Proven track record of 0-to-1 product launches and scaling products in fast-paced, regulated environments .
• Excellent stakeholder management, project execution, and communication skills; ability to influence senior leadership and external partners.
• Analytical mindset with experience in SQL, product analytics, or data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related discipline.
• Experience across multiple of the four domains (Payments, API, Card, FX/Digital Assets) in a single role or career trajectory.
• Exposure to MAS or equivalent regulated financial services environments .
• Hands-on familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Apifox) and modern payment infrastructure.
• Experience with post-trade processing, reconciliation, settlement systems, or ledger booking .
• Knowledge of embedded finance, stablecoins, cross-border payments, or RWA tokenization .
• Prior experience in high-growth startup or scaling fintech environments.

About the Role： 4 headcounts for Payment 1 headcount for VCC 1 headcount for API 1 headcount for FX We are seeking a strategically minded, execution-driven Senior Product Manager to own and advance a portfolio of critical payment and financial infrastructure products spanning consumer & business payments, API integrations, card issuance (virtual ）, and FX/OTC trading solutions . Payment Products (App & Web) Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for MetaComp's mobile and web payment platforms , delivering seamless, intuitive user experiences for fiat and digital-asset-linked transactions. Drive end-to-end product development from concept and UX design through build, testing, and deployment; translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, user-friendly product solutions. Define and optimise product KPIs, user experience metrics, and funnel performance using analytics and user feedback. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market planning, value propositions, and client-facing documentation. API & Infrastructure Products Own Backbone API integrations that connect payment service providers, FX, settlement, and custody workflows to internal systems. Manage technical relationships with external service providers, card processors, banking partners, and scheme networks; ensure SLAs, testing protocols, and integration standards are met. Define API requirements, conduct testing (Postman, Apifox, or equivalent), and monitor performance to ensure robust, reliable service delivery. Map internal operational workflows to external partner capabilities, driving automation and operational efficiency. Card Issuance (Virtual & Physical) Lead the product strategy for card issuance programs including virtual cards, prepaid, debit, and corporate card solutions across consumer and enterprise segments. Manage programs end-to-end: from partner selection (issuer processors, BIN sponsors, card schemes) to feature design (spend controls, tokenization, FX, rewards, limits, transaction monitoring). Ensure regulatory and operational readiness across compliance, risk, and operations teams; oversee integrations with payment networks and third-party vendors. FX, OTC & Digital Asset Products Own the FX and OTC trade lifecycle including pricing, quoting, execution, hedging, settlement, and ledger booking. Drive product development for crypto and digital asset workflows -spot/OTC trading, liquidity sourcing, wallet management, and on-chain/off-chain settlement. Ensure seamless interoperability across front-office, middle-office, and back-office systems; anticipate regulatory and operational risks and embed controls into product design. Cross-Cutting Leadership Lead agile delivery processes, sprint planning, roadmap prioritisation, and cross-team coordination across multiple product domains. Conduct competitive and market landscape analysis to ensure strong positioning across payments, card, and FX/digital asset segments. Mentor junior product managers and raise the bar on documentation quality, execution rigor, and product practices.
