Your Role As a French Speaking iRobot Support Specialist, you will provide expert assistance to French-speaking customers, resolving their inquiries and technical issues efficiently. Your role will be critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and helping users get the most out of their iRobot products. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for iRobot devices. Guide customers through product features, usage, and maintenance advice. Document customer interactions and issue resolutions accurately in the database. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical issues. Stay updated on product updates, software changes, and company policies. Fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus. Experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in electronics or robotics.
