Devops Consultant

About the role

Design, build, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure within the Azure ecosystem. Build templates for the configuration of SonarQube Advanced Security. Contact application owners and guide them in integrating SonarQube into CI/CD pipelines. Verify proper implementation of security configurations and pipelines. Provide support and troubleshooting for teams facing configuration issues. Access SonarQube and generate security vulnerability reports. Investigate vulnerabilities and assess their severity levels. Communicate identified issues to development and engineering teams. Support teams in identifying false positives and applying remediation fixes. Monitor remediation progress and follow up with teams to ensure completion. Generate progress and compliance reports. Implement and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines. Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates and scripting modules. Configure monitoring, alerting, and DevSecOps practices. Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer sessions. 5+ years of experience in software engineering. 5+ years of proven experience in DevOps and cloud engineering roles. Strong experience with Azure DevOps and Azure services. Hands-on experience with: Azure App Insights Alerts Logic Apps OpenShift Strong scripting skills using: PowerShell Bash TypeScript Experience with DevSecOps practices, including: CI/CD strategies Branching strategies SAST Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Experience managing large-scale Azure environments. Experience with automation and scripting in enterprise environments. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Good English level. Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities. Strong customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work effectively with remote and cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and security. Strong organizational skills and accountability. Proactive attitude toward learning and adopting new technologies. Hands-on and "get-it-done" attitude. Experience with other automation tools or frameworks. Development background in: .NET Python React Java Experience in Windows and Linux system administration. Experience automating operational processes. Knowledge of Power BI. Adaptability and willingness to take ownership of projects. English is a must Hybrid/ Barcelona
