- Compensation & Benefits
- KIPP NJ offers competitive salaries to newly hired lead teachers. Salaries are based on prior experience and in accordance with certification requirements. KIPP NJ offers a competitive salary range of $61,000-$99,000 for Assistant Deans.

Additional Information
As Assistant Dean of Students, your primary objective is to ensure that each student adjusts to and thrives within the educational environment. You will work with the Social Support Team to provide supervision, behavior management, counseling, and monitor basic/non-basic needs of students in the school. You will also work with the School Leader, Dean of Students, and Grade Level Chairs to provide maximum support for students, teachers, and parents.
