Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Chartered Engineer status, or working towards chartership
  • Strong experience in hydraulic modelling, network design or water infrastructure engineering
  • Experience delivering water or wastewater utility projects across planning and design phases
  • Strong understanding of water networks, pipelines, pump stations and system operations
  • Advanced knowledge of InfoWorks ICM / WS Pro, DHI MIKE URBAN
  • Experience with Civil 3D, ArcGIS/QGIS, and model calibration

Lead Network Designer / Hydraulic Modelling We're growing our Water team and looking for an experienced Lead Network Designer / Hydraulic Modelling specialist to deliver complex water infrastructure projects for major utility clients across New Zealand. You'll lead hydraulic modelling and network design across transmission pipelines, pump stations and large-scale water and wastewater networks, working alongside highly regarded technical specialists across planning, design and delivery. This role is ideal for someone from a hydraulic modelling, network design or broader water infrastructure background who enjoys solving complex network challenges and mentoring others.
