Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the organization's HR technology ecosystem, including UKG administration, data integrity, reporting infrastructure, integrations, security, and HR systems operations.

  • Lead process improvement initiatives
  • Improve reporting efficiency and workflows

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field preferred
  • 3-5+ years of HRIS or systems administration experience
  • Strong experience with UKG or similar HRIS platforms
  • Experience with system integrations and data management
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy focus
  • Ability to manage confidential information
