Responsibilities
- Actively manage and engage the OneForma talent pool to meet project needs
- Plan and execute targeted campaigns for existing users
- Screen, qualify, and guide candidates through onboarding
- Monitor pipeline progress and take action to keep momentum
- Work closely with the Recruitment Lead to deliver against hiring targets
- Identify gaps and suggest practical improvements
Requirements
- University degree
- 3 years of experience in recruitment or similar roles
- Strong written communication skills (clear, structured, professional)
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and tracking progress independently
- Experience with online platforms, user communities, or campaign-based work
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Good command of Excel
- You'll do well in this role if you:
