Requirements
- 7+ Years of experience with HRBP and ability to collaborate with all areas within HR
- Prior experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong eye for business, project management, and technical proficiency in workplace technology and systems (eg. Workday, Kronos, MS Office Suite, etc)
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and other key customers through data and insights
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to manage teams through others
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Adaptability - Maintaining effectiveness in the face of changing priorities and tasks, ability to manage multiple assignments.

- New Hire Base Salary Range:
- $141,500.00 - $176,900.00
- Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

Job Description Title: Site HR Leader (HRBP) Job Description The Site HR Leader/HR Business Partner will drive all people activities, initiatives and programs for the entire Springfield site supporting the Plant Manager and acting as a key member of the plant leadership team. The HRBP works under the general guidance of the Associate Director, HR - Supply Chain BU but is responsible for driving HR strategy, managing talent, overseeing engagement within the site and with the community, developing and maintaining site specific policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The primary focus areas for this position will be leading efforts around people development and training, talent pipeline, organization efficiency, change management and driving cultural transformation; to achieving goals around people, cost, and operational success. The position will support approximately 900 employees while driving HR initiatives and directly mentoring & supporting functions' people managers. The role will lead a team of 6 HR professionals.
