Senior Accounts Executive

About the role

As a Senior Accounts Executive at Knight Frank, you'll take ownership of handling multiple sets of accounts, ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone with an accounting background, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handling full sets of accounts across multiple portfolios, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Preparing monthly financial and management reports, and bank reconciliation within stipulated deadlines.
• Preparing audit schedules and addressing auditor queries for annual statutory and audits.
• Preparing quarterly GST submissions to IRAS.
• We're Looking For Someone Who's
• Qualified in accounting, with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Excel and Word, with familiarity in accounting software as a plus.
• Meticulous and responsible, ensuring accurate accounting records
• Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and operate independently.
• A team player with a positive attitude and interpersonal skills.
