Job Description: - Proactively identify and engage project owners, consultants and contractors at different stages of the project lifecycle - Secure and conduct effective meetings with the right decision makers to influence specifications and project outcomes - Drive direct sales activities from opportunity generation and presentations to negotiation and closing - Prepare and personally present product and solution proposals to clients and project stakeholders - Execute sales driven marketing activities to support lead generation and project visibility - Build and manage a strong pipeline of new projects and opportunities - Maintain disciplined follow up to progress opportunities and secure orders and payments - Provide product and application knowledge to support technical and commercial discussions - Represent the company professionally during meetings, presentations, exhibitions and industry events - Participate in exhibitions, conferences and industry networking events to build relevant contacts - Gather market intelligence and competitor insights from project feedback - Submit regular activity and pipeline reports - Adhere to all company policies and procedures
